The Women’s Committee Presents 2021 Women at the Top 50 Women in PTAB Trials List and Women at the PTAB Report

The PTAB Bar Association is pleased to release its second Top 50 Women in PTAB Trials list and Women at the PTAB report.

Prepared by the Association’s Women’s Committee, the Top 50 Women in PTAB Trials list recognizes the fifty most active female practitioners before the PTAB as of 2021 for petitioners, patent owners, and overall. And the Women at the PTAB report details additional statistics for female practitioners appearing in PTAB trials, including for law firms and companies participating in PTAB proceedings in 2021. The study also identifies several challenges and suggested next steps for law firms and companies to continue to increase gender diversity in the PTAB practice.
