What does my registration fee include?
Your registration includes admission to all training sessions, conference and networking sessions, access to speaker presentations and papers, and admittance to the networking reception on Thursday the 24th.
Your registration fee also includes access to recordings of all sessions, which will accessible for later viewing for a period of time after the conference concludes.
Should I attend pre-conference sessions on Wednesday, September 23rd?
Two pre-conference sessions have been developed for specific target audiences. The Master Class is intended for experienced PTAB practitioners and the Boot Camp is intended for any practitioner who wants to learn or brush up on the fundamentals of practicing before the PTAB. Because the conference is now virtual, space is no longer limited for the pre-conference sessions. Also, for this year, we are offering the option of individually registering for a pre-conference session separate from the full conference. This option is available through the registration link above.
Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
For all online registrations, confirmation will be immediately sent via email. If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours, please e-mail email@example.com. Detailed instructions on how to access and virtually attend the sessions will be emailed to you prior to September 23rd.
What is the deadline for registration?
Registration will close September 16th.
Will I receive a refund if I have to cancel my virtual registration?
One of the benefits of “going virtual” is that if you are unable to attend some or all of the conference at the scheduled time, all sessions will be recorded and accessible for later viewing after the conference concludes.
Refunds of virtual registrations are available based on when you cancel.
Virtual registration cancellations made by email before 5:00 PM ET September 16, 2020, will be refunded 50% of the registration fee, less applicable credit card fees and a $25 administrative fee.
No refunds will be available for virtual registration cancellations made on or after September 16, 2020, or for no-shows.
You may substitute another person from your firm or company if you are unable to attend.
Requests for virtual registration refunds in accordance with this policy or substitutions may be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is my registration fee tax deductible?
The cost of your registration and/or sponsorship is not deductible as a charitable contribution. It may be deductible as a business expense, but you should check with your tax provider for specific guidance based on your individual circumstances. None of the sponsorship funds are used for lobbying activities.
