CLE Opportunities

 
The PTAB Bar Association will be using an online process for tracking attendance and reporting CLE credits via the conference platform. CLE tracking will be completed from the convenience of your mobile device. All attendees seeking CLE credit should track their CLE hours during the event. Attendees will be provided a CLE code at the end of each session for CLE credit verification. You will have access to the agenda, session materials, speaker information, and more - all at your fingertips throughout the Annual Conference on the conference platform.

1. Which states is this event approved for CLE?
Pre-Approved: CA, FL, IL, KS, NJ, NY, OR, PA, TX.
Pending Approval: CO, GA, ID, IN, ME, MN, NC, OH, SC, VA and WA.

 

2. How many credits do we receive?
Attorneys can earn up to 12 CLE credits* including 1 credit in Ethics CLE.
    *California attorneys: Included in the total is 1 credit in Technology in the Practice of Law.

3. How do I request CLE credit?
Attendees can add their CLE information to the ConferenceAdit platform at the start of, during, or after the event. Instructions will be provided before the event.

4. I did not see any sign-in sheets; how is my attendance being tracked?
We are using an attendance-tracking platform, ConferenceAdit, which which allows you to check in and out of each session you attend. You must check in at the beginning of each session. During the session, a PIN code will be provided, which you must enter to validate your attendance.

 

5. When should I expect to receive my certificate? How will I receive it?
You will receive your certificate via email 30 days post-event.
Note: For states pending approval, this will be longer (Please allow 4-6 weeks for Virginia approval though we will try to get it sooner).

 

6. I spoke on a panel, amd I eligible to receive additional teaching credits?
If the session is CLE-eligible, yes, speakers/panelists can earn additional credits based on their jurisdiction.

7.  What are the CLE reporting responsibilities?
ALM/CLE Center will report credits for CA, GA, IL, IN, KS, ME, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, and WA.
Attorneys must self-report for CO, FL, ID, MN, NJ, NY, and VA (upon approval).

 


All attendees seeking CLE credit must validate their information before the event and track their CLE hours during the event. CLE credit will only be available through this platform.   Access to the program portal will be forthcoming. Please validate your information with the email address you used to register for the Annual Conference.
