Ex Parte Reexam Committee

 

This committee will propose to the Board of Directors responses to legislative proposals, rules packages, and proposed procedures related to EPRs.  The committee will also comment and provide feedback on amicus briefs that implicate EPRs.  It will also collect and organize EPR statistics and opinions. This committee is further expected to coordinate with other committees to help with substantive communications, programs, and other needs that implicate EPR practice before the USPTO.
