Li Guo - Member Spotlight



LI GUO has been a member of the PTAB Bar Association since 2019. The PTAB Bar Association “provides great networking opportunities and its monthly case summaries are very insightful and useful,” says Li, who is also active in the Association’s Conference Committee.  
 

 
Li is a former semiconductor manufacturing engineer who worked for several years as a policy and IP specialist. She enjoys gardening and cooking, and her favorite food is spicy hot pot.

After successfully defending her Ph.D. in Chemistry and Material Science from the University of Rochester, Li graduated from the George Washington University of Law School in 2013. She now practices in the Washington D.C. office of Steptoe and Johnson where her practice is primarily focused on IP litigation in district courts, before the ITC, and in IPRs before the PTAB.
