PTAB Bar Association Submits Comments on NPRM for Expanding Opportunities to Appear Before the PTAB - May 21, 2024

The Association regularly submits comments in response to Requests for Comments from the USPTO, and invites all members to contribute to comments.  The Association and its members are committed to improving all aspects of PTAB practice, and we look forward to continuing to work with the Director and the Office to improve PTAB procedures.
