PTAB Bar Association Submits Comments on NPRM for Setting and Adjusting Patent Fees - June 2, 2024

The PTAB Bar Association has submitted comments in response to the United States Patent and Trademark Office's Request for Comments on Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for Setting and Adjusting Patent Fees During Fiscal Year 2025.  A copy of the comments is available at the following link:  Comments on NPRM for Setting and Adjusting Patent Fees.

The Association regularly submits comments in response to Requests for Comments from the USPTO, and invites all members to contribute to comments.  The Association and its members are committed to improving all aspects of PTAB practice, and we look forward to continuing to work with the Director and the Office to improve PTAB procedures.
