PTAB Bar Association Submits Comments on NPRM for Terminal Disclaimer Practice - July 9, 2024
The PTAB Bar Association has submitted comments in response to the United States Patent and Trademark Office's Request for Comments on Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for Terminal Disclaimer Practice to Obviate Nonstatutory Double Patenting. A copy of the comments is available at the following link:
