PTAB Bar Association Submits Comments on NPRM for Briefing Discretionary Issues - June 18, 2024

The PTAB Bar Association has submitted comments in response to the United States Patent and Trademark Office's Request for Comments on Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for Patent Trial and Appeal Board Rules of Practice for Briefing Discretionary Denial Issues, and Rules for 325(d) Considerations, Instituting Parallel and Serial Petitions, and Termination Due to Settlement Agreement.  A copy of the comments is available at the following link: Comments on NPRM for Briefing Discretionary Issues.

The Association regularly submits comments in response to Requests for Comments from the USPTO, and invites all members to contribute to comments.
