Join us for the PTAB Bar Association Thought Leader Summit 2022 on November 9, 2022 from 2:00pm-5:00pm at the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Alexandria, VA. 

The Thought Leader Summit will include a panel discussion focusing on strategies after denial of institution or a final written decision, and lively round table discussions with APJs to discuss Director Vidal‘s decisions and guidance since becoming the Director, post-grant and litigation coordination strategies and pitfalls, motions to amend, ways to handle applicant admitted prior art, strategies surrounding sur-replies and new exhibits, as well as other timely topics.   A networking reception from 5:00pm - 6:30pm will follow the conclusion of the sessions. 

This is an in-person event, and space is limited so register today!

We are closely monitoring local and federal guidelines regarding COVID-19 and working closely with our hospitality partners to ensure that our event will be as safe as possible. As of May 25, 2022, the USPTO has fully reopened and resumed some in-person events.
